The Posters
Posters - All our posters are officially licensed and have been purchased from official suppliers. On the page for each poster we provide a more detailed description around the paper used and the printing method. We get this information directly from the manufacturers. We have added a number of EgoAmo Original posters too, the copyright for these posters belong to ourselves and the posters were designed by our in-house design team.
Laminated Posters - Our laminated posters are professionally laminated with a gloss laminate. This protects the posters from the elements, including damp or water damage.
Laminated, mounted and custom framed - Our posters are laminated with a gloss laminate and vacuum pressed onto a masonite board. This is then framed with a faux wood finish frame which is light and durable and is available in a number of colours and finishes.
Sizes - Our posters come in a range of sizes. These are indicated in the details on each poster's page. We do indicate how the poster size compares to standard paper sizes, but as a number of our posters are the actual movie or promotional music or event posters, the sizes often don't correlate standard paper sizes. And our giant posters really are just that, GIGANTIC, so please measure the space you plan to hang them against the measurements provided before placing your order.

The Payments
We do not keep any of the credit card details of any of our customers. We make use of Payfast to process all of our payments. We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
Through Payfast, payments can be made via -
- debit card;
- credit card;
- Bitcoin; and
- Instant EFT.
Delivery
Poster Only and Laminated Poster Orders - We use a number of reliable couriers to deliver our posters to you. All posters are carefully rolled and packed into hard cardboard poster tubes. The delivery fee is based on the post code entered for delivery, but if your poster only order totals more than R1,250 we'll have it couriered to you for FREE.
Mounted Poster Orders - We use a number of reliable couriers to deliver our posters to you. The delivery fee is based on the post code entered for delivery, but if your poster only order totals more than R1,250 we'll have it couriered to you for FREE.
Packaging - Framed and mounted posters are wrapped in bubble wrapped for protection and are delivered by courier.
How long until I receive my order - After your order and payment are received, the posters are shipped as follows:

Poster only - ships within 1 to 3 working days. Courier delivery - we make use of the Courier Guy and CourierIT with delivery in major centres in 2 to 3 working days of shipping and delivery within 5 working days of shipping to outlying areas.
- Laminated Poster - ships within 3 to 4 working days. Courier delivery - we make use of the Courier Guy and CourierIT with delivery in major centres in 2 to 3 working days of shipping and delivery within 5 working days of shipping to outlying areas.
- Laminated, Mounted and Custom Framed Poster - ships within 7 to 9 working days. Courier delivery - we make use of the Courier Guy and CourierIT with delivery in major centres in 2 to 3 working days of shipping and delivery within 5 working days of shipping to outlying areas.
Countries - At present we only deliver to customers in sunny South Africa. We are looking into providing deliveries beyond our borders, so if you find a poster and you are outside SA please drop us an email to posters@egoamo.co.za and we will get a delivery quote for you.
The Returns and Refunds
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you aren't happy with your posters return them to us for a full refund. If you have any questions or issues please drop an email to posters@egoamo.co,za and we will sort it out for you as quickly as humanly possible.

Data Security
We use Omnisend as our email and marketing automation platform and your data will be transferred to the platform for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
