Shipping Policy
Delivery times
After your order and payment are received, your order is shipped as follows:
- Ships within 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery to major centres within 2 to 3 working days of shipping
- Delivery to outlying areas within 5 working days of shipping
- Courier charged at R99 on all orders under R1,250
Tracking
You can expect to receive a thank you email confirming your order once it has been received.
As soon as your order has been shipped you'll receive an email with an update and a tracking link so you can see which courier will be delivering your parcel and providing updates and feedback as to where your order is.
Lastly, a couple of days after your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from Judge.me Reviews asking you to rate the service you received and to provide some feedback on the product you purchased.
