Delivery & Collection
We offer courier delivery on all our products, and, if you live in Gauteng, you can also collect your order from the PostNet at Loftus Park Shopping Center in Pretoria.
As you will have seen on the site there are currently 3 different options available for the majority of our posters. You can order a stand alone poster, a laminated poster or a framed poster.
We know you are spending your hard earned cash with us, and we feel it's important to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Below we have set out the standard timelines we work towards to get your posters to you. Unfortunately we do have challenges from time to time with the couriers, and things can take a day or 2 longer. If you have any issues or delays and the delivery is taking longer than indicated below, please email us so we can follow it up for you.
Benchmark Timelines for Delivery
After your order and payment are received, the posters are shipped as follows:
- Poster only - ships within 1 to 2 working days. Courier delivery - we make use of the Courier Guy and CourierIT with delivery in major centres in 2 to 3 working days of shipping and delivery within 5 working days of shipping to outlying areas.
- Custom Framed Posters - available for collection from Postnet Loftus Park within 7 to 9 working days.

For collection from PostNet Loftus Park, the above timelines to prepare the orders still apply. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection. The details collection details are:

Cost of delivery
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address. Deliveries are available for R89. We also offer free delivery on all poster orders over R1,250.
For the Collection at PostNet Loftus Park is FREE of charge.
As noted above we use the Courier Guy and CourierIT for the majority of our deliveries. There are occasions where we also make use of DawnWing couriers, however we have had a couple of issues and therefore only use them at present as a last resort.
Updates on your delivery
We know the feeling of ordering from an online store and then being kept in the dark about how far along your order is, whether it's shipped or not and when you can expect delivery. It's a personal pet hate of ours when it happens to us. And that's why we prefer to overshare a little on this one.
You can expect to receive a thank you email/sms confirming your order once it has been received.
As soon as your order is boxed and ready to go you'll receive another email/sms with an update and a tracking link so you can see which courier will be delivering your parcel and providing updates and feedback as to where your order is.
Lastly, a couple of days after your order has been shipped and should be in your hands, you'll receive an email from TrustPilot asking you to rate the service you received and to provide some feedback on the product you purchased.
